Graham Mack at TFM has featured us again on his breakfast show and it is really helping. He has opened so many doors for us by focussing the attention onto us - its great for the charities.

I am starting to panic a bit about the visas as we havent got any yet and the Russian, Kazahk and Mongolian ones could all be a little tricky.

We have done a few more bits to Martha - Ken (our team mechanic) came and had another look over her and helped me make a list of parts that we need and I have started buying them off ebay. I have been driving her around for a couple of weeks now and most things seem to be pretty good on her. Its a bit early to get hopeful that she can make 10,000 miles though.

Its all coming together on the route plan though we are going to blitz Europe as fast as possible hopfully crossing the border in Kaz around midnight on the 22nd then we will head down to the Aral sea (whats left of it). Before heading back up north to into Russia briefly and then into the west side of Mongolia for the bit I am really looking forward to - crossing one of the world few wilderness'.

We aim to be in Ulaanbaatur around the 10th of August all going roughly to plan!

We are looking for a favour though - if anyone knows someone who can write a letter in Russian for us explaining what we are doing - please get in touch.
